Compared to the previous sale: Weaker undertone on slaughter cows. Slaughter bulls not tested. Feeder cattle steady to $2 lower on light supplies. Heavy rainfall and high winds curtailed receipts.
Slaughter cows were 5 percent of the supply: slaughter bulls 0 percent; replacement cows 3 percent; and feeders 92 percent. The feeder supply included 31-percent steers, 28-percent heifers and 29-percent feeder bulls. 41 percent of the supply weighed over 600  lb.
