KSP investigating Monterey burglaries

By Molly Haines

A string of burglaries in Monterey has residents locking their doors and keeping a watchful eye on their property on what they say is typically a quiet street.
The burglaries occurred along Bridge Street during the early morning hours Sunday, March 31, according to Kentucky State Police Lieutenant Brad Arterburn.
“We have three open cases right now,” Arterburn said. “We got a couple of calls on March 31, and one that came in on April 3, but we think that one happened the same night but went unnoticed for a couple of days.”
