A Franklin County man is dead after his motorcycle struck a truck hauling a livestock trailer Thursday, July 25.
The collision took place around 6:30 a.m. when Richard J. Bibro, 52, struck the truck between the rear bumper and trailer while pulling onto Ky. 35, according to Kentucky State Police.
Following the initial contact, Bibro came to a final stop under the truck.
