The best and brightest

Recently, several students at Owen County High School were inducted into the Beta Club.  To be a member, a student has to have a grade point average of 3.25 or higher, be in good disciplinary standing and display excellent character.  Students in the photo from left to right include Veronica Chisholm, Suzzana Cooke, Kennedi Dermon, Bernie Engelman, Triston Grisham, Tony Jiles, Ashton Marcum, Miranda Mason, Dalton Mears, Ciara Rogers, Michael Wash and Jessica Wilhoite.  Several other students were inducted but were unable to attend because of athletic events.
