One of the most exciting times during a ball game to me is when the team huddles together just before the game begins.
Many times, you will hear one of the members of the team ask a very important question: “What time Is It?”
Then the team as a group responds by saying “Game time.”
Friends, in the life of the church there is not a more appropriate question.  
As believers and followers of Christ Jesus, “It’s Game Time.”

Can you imagine being at the age of 13 and just receiving your first gift ever? Hear how one simple gift changed the life of a 13 year old in Central Asia.
Timur Nesbitt was abandoned at birth and grew up in an orphanage knowing nothing of unconditional love. That changed when at 13 he received a shoe-box gift through Operation Christmas Child. Three years later, Timur was adopted by an American family from Iowa. He now attends Southern Seminary in Louisville and is excited to share how one simple shoe-box changed his life.

The Owen County School Board should not raise property taxes.  
Our schools will have to make due with less money like everyone else in Owen County.  The easy way out for the superintendent is to ask that taxes be raised, (Let the citizens of our community who are struggling for every dime in this Obama recession find a way to get by) rather than face what he proposes we all do – cutting our budgets.
