  • Young Rebels eye regional tourney berth

Experience is important. Even if how you come by it is difficult.
The Owen County High School baseball team took some lumps in 2010. The team finished with just four wins last year and is hoping that going through that experience will only make them stronger in 2011.
The team lost only three seniors from last year’s squad.
Byron Robertson, Brody Layton and Kyle Kelly graduated meaning that many of those coming back this year have valuable experience. This year’s roster does not include a single senior.
