On Nov. 8, 2011, the Owen County grand jury met and returned the following indictments:
Elizabeth Brackin, 45, on the charges of two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
According to the indictment, she knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a narcotic drug, namely Oxycodone.
If convicted on the charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, she could face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
Bench warrant set for $10,000.
