Friday night was homecoming at Patterson Field for the Owen County High School family. It was a time to celebrate the history and success of the Rebel football program and how it’s touched the lives of so many people.
Someone forgot to tell Bellevue High School.
The Tigers spoiled the festivities by defeating the Rebels 52-0.
Bellevue High School quarterback Tate Grainger accounted for five touchdowns. The senior threw for three scores and ran for two more as the Tigers raced out to 44-0 lead at halftime.
