Some Maurice Bowling Middle School students are getting involved in Relay for Life a few months early.
The MBMS Student Technology Leadership Program, led by Jenna Gray, has found a way to support the cause through technology.
The group began working on a Relay for Life Web site in August at the beginning of the school year and have continued work throughout the year.
Gray, who is the MBMS Relay for Life team captain and online chairman, said some students have been affected by cancer at some point in their lives, making the project that much more important.
