The holiday season has officially begun.
Ray Traylor had his traditional Thanksgiving dinner for relatives and friends on Saturday. Wanda helped him clean, set up tables and shop for the occasion. He baked his pumpkin-walnut pie, did a big turkey with dressing and had ham, and all the vegetables that go with Thanksgiving.
Others brought dishes too, so there was plenty to go around for the 40 or so that showed up. Barbara and Joyce joined them, as did his Aunt Jewell and Uncle Carl, who live in Mt. Sterling. They are in their 80s.
