An Owen County woman who is a member of the primary school site-based decision-making council has issued a formal complaint to the state concerning Owen County School District Superintendent Mark Cleveland.
Kitty Cammack filed the complaint April 29 with the Education Professional Standards Board, the agency in charge of issuing teaching certificates in the commonwealth of Kentucky.
In a copy of her complaint released to the News-Herald, Cammack outlined an alleged confrontation between her and Cleveland.
