The next home of the judicial center will be decided on Monday.
The Owen County Project Development Board will meet at 10 a.m. to decide which site is best suited for the judicial center. Owen County Judge-Executive Billy O’Banion said the board will make a recommendation to the state, which will give the final approval. It is unclear if the state will allow the judicial center to be built outside the downtown area.
The board narrowed down the search to three properties, however as of press time, O’Banion would not release the names of the finalists.
