The NASCAR Nationwide Series returns to Kentucky Speedway this weekend with the ninth running of the “Meijer 300 Presented by Ritz.” A full house is expected to be on hand Saturday night when the green flag drops at 8:30. p.m. Last year, a crowd of over 73,000 attended the race.

The weekend will get started Friday night at 5 p.m. when the drivers take to the track for practice. The session will last until 8 p.m.

Saturday, gates will open at 2 p.m. Qualifying will begin at 5 p.m. Fans who get to the track early can enjoy a prerace concert by Pat Green.
