Despite having already clinched home-field advantage in the first round of the Class 2A State Playoffs, the Owen County High School Rebels still had a lot to play for in their final regular-season game on Friday night.
The Rebels traveled to Ludlow and looked to finish the regular season with a victory to give them a winning record for the second year in a row.
They were also looking to gain momentum as they head into the playoffs.
They did both.
