Three people were recently indicted on drug-trafficking charges after state police received information about a man on parole possibly using heroin.
Kentucky State Police Post 5 Public Information Officer Brad Arterburn said Rodney W. Rabourn, 28, was on parole when state police went to 57 Wren Lane in Elk Creek Resort Nov. 13.
When state police arrived, they found Rabourn, along with Crystal Turner, 28, and Anthony Rice, 32, in possession of heroin.
Arterburn said a child was in the home and was removed and placed with family members.
