Pam’s Ride, a short motorcycle ride from Frankfort to the Owen County Relay for Life event, will be held June 15.
This ride, to honor Pam Brock, a breast-cancer survivor, as well as all cancer survivors, has become an annual event.
The ride departs from the parking lot of the Thornhill Baptist Church on Holmes Street at 5 p.m., and travels north on HWY 127 to the Itron Field in Owenton. Owen emergency systems to be tested
Owen County emergency sirens will be tested the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m. weather permitting.
