Alan D. Plowman, 1960, use of a minor under 16 in a sex performance, possession of a matter portraying sex performance by minor, pleaded guilty to both charges, transferred to grand jury.
Helen P. Alexander, 1955, fourth-degree assault, continued to Sept. 16.
