Even a guy who can carry 250 pounds in each hand and walk for 240 feet, hoist the equivalent of a  full-sized tree trunk over his head or lift a 900-pound car can use a helping hand every now and again.
Caleb Perkins, a 2005 graduate of Owen County High School and the son of Jim and Ann Perkins, qualified for the North American Strongman’s National Championship.
The lineman for the electric division of the Frankfort Plant Board will be competing in Reno, Nevada in October.
