Monday fire destroys Pleasant Grove home

All Owen County volunteer fire departments were called to the scene of a structure fire Monday afternoon.
Owen County Fire Department Public Information Officer Jude Canchola said the departments received a call at 12:48 p.m. for a full structure fire with possible entrapment at 1600 Pleasant Grove Road.
Canchola said once firefighters arrived on the scene, they were able to verify that there was no one inside the home.
The home was a total loss and Canchola said the Red Cross has been called to assist those living in the home.
