Middle-school Rebels stay perfect on gridiron

-A A +A
By Brian Blair

The Maurice Bowling Middle School Rebels are not just beating people on the football field  - they are dominating.
In the last two weeks, the Rebels have played two games that have not been close. They defeated Gallatin County 48-0 and Frankfort 36-6.
Against Gallatin County, the Rebels got off to a fast start when Nolan Tackett connected with Patrick Osborne for a 40-yard touchdown. Austin Riggs made good on the 2-point conversion put MBMS on top 8-0 before the crowd had settled into the bleachers.
