A federal district court judge has ruled that Kentucky must recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states. Kentucky’s Attorney General Jack Conway says he has not yet decided whether to defend Kentucky’s constitution by filing an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals of the federal district court judge’s ruling.
It has been announced in a rather obscure way that the attorney general’s office will be tallying phone calls to help Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway decide whether to fight for Kentucky’s Constitution, or to go along with the same-sex marriage agenda.
Whether you are generally opposed to same-sex marriage or just think Kentucky’s attorney general should do his sworn duty to defend the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky the number to call is 502-696-5300.
If you want to see same-sex marriage in Kentucky, just do nothing and it will probably happen sooner rather than later. You may be transferred to a voicemail. Just say you want Kentucky to file an appeal to the federal judges ruling on same sex marriage.
If you are a Democrat and you really want to make your voice heard, tell Jack Conway that you will change your registration to Republican if he fails to appeal the federal judge’s same-sex marriage ruling against Kentucky’s constitution.
