Letter to the editor: Don’t judge all by the words of some

Ms. Mason, it sounds to me as though you have judged all Christians. Maybe you talked to or heard five or 10 saying something. I believe there are thousands of Christians that don’t say such things.

I am a sinner saved by Grace. I’m not a model Christian or a Bible scholar, but Jesus said, “Judge not that ye be not judged” Matthew 7:1-2.

Did you open the door. We are to separate ourselves from such.

You are right about Ezekiel 16:49-50, but you left out some other details about gay and pride. Gen. 6. Why did we have a great flood? Genesis 9:20-27. What did Ham do to his father for God to curse Ham’s son? Then we have Genesis 19. A story about Sodom and Gomorrah. Seems like homosexuality played a big role. II Peter 2:6-8 Lot vexed his righteous soul with their unlawful deeds.

What about pride. A month or so ago a rally was held in Cincinnati. It was called “Gay Pride.”

Understand, I am against bullies. I was bullied in school because I was fat. I stood up to them and it stopped. It’s a shame when a young person commits suicide for whatever reason and more so if they are not saved.

Ephesians 5:11 have no fellowship with darkness but rather reprove them. Reprove: to scold or correct them kindly with intent.
