Lady Rebels go 2-1 in first week

The roads between Owenton and Dry Ridge were busy last week.

On Dec. 1, Owen County opened the season with a home game with Grant County.

Friday night, the Lady Rebels made the trip Williamstown to play the Lady Demons.

In both cases it would be the team that made the bus ride that would leave the gym satisfied.

In the home opener, Grant County scored with less than four seconds remaining to pick up the 46-45 win.
