Lady Rebels drop district game at Carroll County

The Owen County Lady Rebels may not want to go back to Carroll County for a while.

For the second time in 12 days, the team headed to Carrollton to square off against their district foes.

During their last meeting Dec. 23, the Lady Panthers pulled away late to get a 46-39 win in the championship game of the North American Stainless Classic.

Saturday, the home team raced out to a 17-7 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in picking up the 51-38 win.
