Kay’s Branch News: Rain falls but brings problems

I didn’t get to the mowing on Monday last. I kept holding out for more rain.
I finally started early on Thursday and mowed till it got hot then finished on Friday. We did get a half inch on Thursday and a full inch on Friday evening. Everything is green and growing now. I’ll have to start my mowing routine again.
We have had enough rain around this area to put water back in Elkhorn Creek.
