Hopefully we have all our water problems solved. Ray came the first of the week and took a look at my chimney. He said when the weather was warmer and dryer, he would put a new flashing around the chimney and paint the chimney with a sealer that would stop the crumbling for another 20 years or so. By that time, I won’t have to worry about it. Did I mention that John’s new building was weeping all over the equipment when the sun caused the frost on the roof to melt? The underside rain water dripped on everything.
