The trial of Owen County Judge-Executive Billy O’Banion and Owen County Treasurer Gayla Lewis has been postponed.
Commonwealth Attorney Jim Crawford said the delay is because Lewis’ lawyer, Mike Judy, has been ill.
The trial has been moved to Tuesday and a pre-trial hearing has been set for today at 3 p.m.
Crawford said they will discuss how to proceed with the trial if Judy’s illness continues.
