If you rent spaces, contact local health department

Three Rivers District Health Department would like to remind anyone planning to rent campsites or open a campground in coordination with any event including, but not limited to, the upcoming Sprint Cup NASCAR race in Sparta this July, must contact the local health department for proper guidelines and permitting.  
A permit is required to operate any campground used to rent spaces for two or more motorhomes, RVs, and all camping units as per 902 KAR 15020.
