Hunter Trenary sets new school record

OCHS cross county runs well at Grant County

The Owen County High School cross-country team traveled to take part in the Grant County Invitational on Saturday. It was a good day for the Rebels.
In the boys race, Hunter Trenary would set a new school record with a time of 15:58 to earn him a third-place finish.
Keith Stout also ran well as he set a new personal best for the second-straight week with a time of 18:54.
Cory Hudnall, Logan Bitler and Kyle Flood also ran well for the Rebels.
In the girls junior varsity race, it was Autumn Hunter who medaled by finishing 22nd. Her time of 24:09 was a personal best.
In the 1,600-meter race, it was Isaac Beverly placing in third place out of 159 runners with a time of 6:14.
