Owen County will be included in an eight-county, Northern Kentucky count of homeless men, women, children, and families beginning at midnight tonight.
The count, officially called the Point-In-Time Count, will include those who are living in shelters, on the streets and other places not meant for habitation.
The count is coordinated by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District. The Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission is coordinating the count for Owen, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, and Pendleton counties.
