When people think of meaningful Owen County versus Gallatin County games on Friday nights, they typically think of them being played indoors on hardwood.
On Friday night, the two schools met outside on grass with home field advantage on the line.
Using a fast-break style offense and some big plays on defense, the Rebels ran away from the Wildcats 59-22. It was the third-straight week Owen County has scored more than 50 points in a win.
Owen County wasted no time in putting points on the board.
