Foundation continues commitment to students

The Owen County Public Library Foundation Board recently announced that the inaugural winners of the James R. Ford Memorial Scholarship have received the second portion of the $1,500 scholarships. Dillon Mears is attending Kentucky Christian University and Joel Wilson is attending Northern Kentucky University. These scholarships are renewable, and are awarded to Owen County residents who are attending Kentucky colleges.
