A short two months after former Deputy Owen County Judge-Executive and Finance/Human Resource Officer Pam Miller’s retirement, the Owen County Fiscal Court voted to hire her replacement — a position the court had intended not to refill.
Owen County Judge-Executive Casey Ellis advertised for a finance/human resource officer in recent weeks after his office attempted to absorb Miller’s duties.
