James and PruAndera Grider of Long Ridge announce the engagement of their daughter Gabrielle to Kevin Andrew Welsh, son of David and Darlene Welsh of Sheffield, Penn. The bride-elect graduated from Morehead State University with a bachelor’s of arts degree in business administration. She is currently employed at Owen Electric Cooperative. The groom-elect graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in plastics engineering and is employed at Itron. A June 2013 wedding is planned. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
