Logan Bailey and Colton Matt have been through the wars together.
Through fund-raisers, countless meetings with city and county officials, planning sessions and of course a penny war, Bailey and Matt have chased their dream of seeing the skate board course at the Sparta City Park expanded.
Back in 2010, the boys approached the Sparta City Council and the local media in hopes of getting the skate board facilities at the park expanded.
The boys said there was not enough room for everyone who wanted to use the ramps.
