Dr. John C. Gunn

Dr. John C. Gunn, 81, of Perry Park, died September 30, 2008, at St. Luke Hospital West in Florence.

Born May 17, 1927, he was a retired doctor in obstetrics and gynecology with Giglia, O’Conner and Gunn Medical Practice and was an Army Veteran of WWII.

Survivors include his wife, Deanna Blackburn Gunn; two sons, Dr. James W. Gunn of Richmond, Va. and Dr. John C. Gunn II, of Clarksville, Tenn.; two step-daughters, Kelly Niceley of Union and Beth Richardson of Ft. Mitchell; one step-son, John Richardson of Independence; one sister, Mary Evelyn Bynum of Meridian, Miss.; and one grandchild.

Funeral services were held October 4, 2008, at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home in Latonia. Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
