DAR to host free genealogy workshop

A genealogical workshop sponsored by the John Guill Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will be held Saturday, March 16, beginning at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Owen County Public Library, 1370 Hwy 22E in Owenton.
 The workshop is open to anyone interested in working on their family tree, especially those interested in becoming members of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Sons of the American Revolution or Children of the American Revolution. Participants may bring their own lunch or go out during the lunch break.
