Owen County Adult Education will soon have a new home after a special Owen County Fiscal Court meeting Tuesday, but Meeting the Needs has yet to find a permanent residence.
The court voted to honor its contract with Gateway Community and Technical College to house the adult-education program at the former senior-citizens building at 103 W. Perry St.
Owen County Judge-executive Carolyn Keith said Meeting the Needs has yet to find a new location but will distribute food to those in the emergency food assistance program.
