The Rev. Wotier’s message, “When the Judges Are Judged,” was taken from John 7:53 and 8:1-11. The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought before Jesus a woman who had committed adultery. Jesus started writing in the sand. Why did Jesus write in the sand? What did Jesus write? Could it have been about the particular sins of the Scribes and Pharisees themselves? Sinners are people, not things. Sinners (no matter what their actions) are people and precious to our Heavenly Father.
