Ella Ruth Mills was born Dec. 8, 2011, at 5:27 p.m. in the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She weighed 7 lbs., 9 oz. and was 20 inches long. She is the daughter of Christopher and Rebecca Mills of Owenton. She was welcomed into the world by her maternal grandparents, Donald and Glenda Allnutt of Owenton; her paternal grandparents, Homer Mills Jr. of Inez and Teresa Stapleton of Vinton, Ohio; and her great-grandparents, Nellie Gibson and Jackie Allnutt of Owenton and Dacus Sumpter and Verlie Mills of Inez.
