O.R. “Ray”
Bourne passed away Jan. 15, 2008, at Harborside Healthcare at
the age of 86.
Funeral services were
held Jan. 18, 2008, at McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Bro.
Jesse Bourne and Bro. Lee Harris officiated the service. Burial
was in Owenton Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Cedar Hill Baptist Church Building
Fund, New Horizons Medical Center or Harborside Activities Fund.

Reva Rae
Kemper, 94, of Monterey, died Jan. 17, 2008, at her residence.
Joint services
were held with Mrs. Kemper’s sister, Marjorie Burkhead,
Jan. 21, 2008, at McDonald & New Funeral Homes. The Rev. Robert
Childs officiated. Burial was in Monterey Cemetery.

Burkhead, 96, of Monterey, died Jan. 14, 2008, at the Frankfort
Regional Hospital.
Burklead’s
sister, Reva Kemper, died Jan. 17, 2008. Joint services were held
for Mrs. Burkead and Mrs. Kemper on Jan. 21, 2008, at McDonald
& New Funeral Homes. The Rev. Robert Childs officiated. Burial
was in Monterey Cemetery.

the Gallatin Healthcare Facility.

Glenn Allen
Johnson Jr., 33, of Hamilton, Ohio, and his family were found
dead Jan. 17, 2008. The family died in an apparent car accident
on State Hwy. 467 near Sparta.
Services
for Johnson and the family will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 24, 2008,
at Family Worship Center in Carrollton, with the Revs. Bobbie
Wade and Charlie Johnson officiating. Burial will be private.
Visiting hours will be from 2 p.m. until the time of the service
at the church.

Nicole “Kelly” Johnson, 26, of Hamilton, Ohio, formerly
of Sparta, was found dead Jan. 17, 2008, with her family. The
family died in an apparent car accident on State Hwy. 467 near
Sparta.
