David
C. Cook, 70
David C. Cook, 70, of Owenton, died May 31, 2007, at
the Cincinnati Hospice Center, East.
Born Sept. 11, 1936, he was the son of the late Walker and Clara
Cook and was preceded in death by his brothers, Charlie, Jim and
Ed Cook. Mr. Cook was a farmer and a retired service station manager.
He is survived by his former wife, Virginia Tomlin Cook of Owenton;
his son, David W. Cook of Owenton; step-son, Billy Fields of Hebron;
two step-daughters, Carol Kincaid of Frankfort and Summer Cross
of Crittenden; two sisters, Mildred Acree and Isabelle House of
Owenton; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held June 3, 2007, with Bro. David Wotier
presiding. Burial was in New Columbus Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to cover
burial expenses. |
