Clarence Wright, 89

Clarence Wright, 89, died Nov. 7, 2006, at Carroll County Hospital. He was the son of the late Thurman and Lizzie Cook Wright, was a farmer and a member of Mussel Shoals Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Frances, of Carrollton; two sons, R.C. and Ronald Lee Wright, both of Frankfort; a step-son, Dennis Webster of Carrollton; a daughter, Shirley Luther of Owenton; a step-daughter, Janice Johnson of Carrollton; three sisters, Margie Wright of Warsaw, Anna Cook of Owenton and Rachel Perkins of Lexington; three grandsons, Martin and Kevin Luther of Owenton and Gene Todd Wright of Frankfort; a great-grandchild, Alex Luther of Owenton; and two step-grandchildren, Paul and Anna Marie Webster. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph, Marvin and George Robert Wright; and a sister, Mae Parker.
Funeral services were held Nov. 10 at McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Burial was in Owenton Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Martin and Kevin Luther, Gene Todd Wright, Dennis and Paul Webster, and Paul Cook.


Bernice Reder, 83

Bernice Elaine Fricke Reder, 83, of Reading, Ohio, and Owenton, died Nov. 8, 2006.
She is survived by her husband, Henry “Bim” Reder; children and their spouses, Debra Stebelton, Roger and Vickie Reder, Beverly Brownfield, and Greg and Becky Reder; and grandchildren and their spouses, Philip and Dawn, Peter and Amanda Stebelton, Brandon, Brett and Jon Michael Reder, Brittany and Bridgette Brownfield, Heidi and Mark Reder.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Nov. 11 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church in Reading, Ohio. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, c/o Bethesda Foundation, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati 45263 or Alzheimer’s Association, 644 Linn St., #1026, Cincinnati 45203.

 


Brittney Perez, infant

Brittney Platon Perez, stillborn infant of Francisco Platon Martin and Juana Perez Nopalera of Owenton, was born Nov. 8, 2006, at St. Luke West Hospital in Florence.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Ana Karen Platon Perez and a brother, Jonathan Platon Perez.
A Mass of Christian Burial was performed Nov. 11 at St. John Catholic Church in Carrollton with the Rev. Gerald Reinersman officiating. Burial was in St. John Catholic Cemetery in Carrollton.
