The Owen County Rebels defeated the Gallatin County Wildcats 7-0
to win the superbowl for the Mighty Pro division of the North
Central Kentucky Youth Football League. Coaches Pat Patterson
and Gus Smith made a promise to the team that if they won the
superbowl, the coaches would get Mohawks. The Rebels did their
part, and the coaches held true to their word.
