The Roy H. Cochran Football Camp was held from May 30 through June 2 at the football field at Owen County High School. The camp, which was open to students in grades K-7, was run by Owen County High School football coach Greg Ulasiewicz and members of his staff and team. The campers were split into two groups, with the older kids forming one group and the younger kids forming another group. Each group worked on a series of drills. At left, coach Don Allnutt (holding the ball) huddles up older campers for a cheer at the end of a drill where each camper had a chance to learn how to kick a field goal. Below left, younger campers tackle high school football team member Tim Creech (far left) during a break between drills. Below right, a pair of campers have some fun during a break in drills.
