Clark-Hogan, 66
Houston Dale Clark-Hogan,
66, died Feb. 24, 2006, at his home in Napoleon. Born Feb. 9,
1940, he was the son of the late Alfred and Pearl Cook Hogan.
He was a retired Baptist minister and state employee, and served
his country during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Metz Clark; a son, Tim Clark
of Glencoe; a daughter, Mary Clark Young of Warsaw; a sister,
Sue Hill of Paducah; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Feb. 28 at Ten Mile Baptist Church.

Geraldine
Webb, 80
Geraldine Closser Webb,
80, died Feb. 22, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.
Born Aug. 26, 1925, in Gallatin County, she was the daughter of
the late Jesse and Mable Osborne Closser. She was a retired employee
of H&S Pogues of Cincinnati, a member of Warsaw United Methodist
Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 441.
She is survived by a son and his wife, Jerry and Linda Webb of
Warsaw; a former daughter-in-law, Linda Hunter; two grandchildren,
Jason Webb and Marsha Moore; and seven great-grandchildren, Kayla
Elam, Ethan Moore, Aaron Webb, Albany Webb, Cameron Murphy, Andrew
Murphy and Emily Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband,
William “Bud” Webb, and a brother, Wayne Closser.
Funeral services were held Feb. 26 at Warsaw United Methodist
Church. Pallbearers were Barry Alexander, Charles Robert Wilson,
Nelson Brown, Jerry Webster, Jamie Gould and Jim Caldwell. Honorary
pallbearers were James Everett Webb, David Martin, Lee Green and
James Walter Hutchinson.

Viola
Osborne, 88
Viola Blanche Osborne,
88, of Owenton, died Feb. 27, 2006, at New Horizons Medical Center.
Born June 14, 1917, in Owen County, she was a homemaker and member
of Hesler Assembly of God. She was the daughter of the late Jim
and Maggie Wilhoite Keith.
She is survived by her husband, Bryant Osborne; three daughters,
Betty Miller of Monterey, Ruth Smith of Owenton and Joyce Faye
Snow of Frankfort; a son, Bobby A. Osborne of Owenton; 11 grandchildren;
17 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. March 1 at McDonald &
New Funeral Homes with Bro. David Wotier officiating. Burial will
be in Owenton Cemetery.
